question, would the "dodge ranks" added by blur and mobility be more effective for rogues or warriors who train in it than wizard or a sorc who does not? thinking about it...at 40 with 2x dodge, added both spells that's another 40 "phantom dodge ranks" and that would make a full 3x dodge..hmmm? any comments?

are you trying to farm posts for your costum title? :lol:
obviously a rogue with more dodge ranks, phantom or not, will be better off than semi's and pures. thats why pures and semi's have ds spells that don't cap.

Yea I'm not too sure what you are asking here.
But I will say, that if you snipe or do alot of silent strike, dropping dodge as a rogue to 1.5-1.75x isn't a bad idea.
The object is not to be seen. So not even getting a chance to dodge.
And if you have access to blurs and mobility, then yea, 1.5x isn't bad at ALL.
