Under normal conditions I'd lean towards a 'no'. I don't think there are diety specific runes. Doubly so for Luukos and protection runes.

That's assuming everyone who looks at the runes are going to know exactly what they are. They're RUNES, mate. They're supposed to be cryptic.

I'm sure you could find someone to do it if you ask enough merchants, though.
