As we specified in our "reallocation phase policy", the "old-style" reallocator would only be available for the first thirty days after the launch of GemStone IV before it was removed. More than thirty days have passed and it's time for us to remove this remnant of old ways from the game. As a result, please expect that the old reallocator will be removed from the character manager sometime in the near future.
But don't be overly concerned, the new skill manager, which includes the ability to forget (as well as learn) skills may still be used to reallocate your character. And if you are still within the 30 day grace period, reallocation using this sytem will be very rapid. (But if you have exceeded your grace period, reallocation will take much, much, much longer.)
