Whats the best combination of bard and minor elemental spells for maximum possible AS?

Ah...can't see spell info, but I think A) 425 caps and B) 400s circles give .5AS per rank, more or equal than bard circle, so:

Get enough 400s to cap 425 and the rest in bard circle.

The problem is, you need enough songs to counter the amount of spells. I've gotten along fine with 40 elementals, and heavy on the songs.

+40 for bravery/heroism with some scroll use.

Few other mods out there but those are the easiest for me to attain.
