my advice: don't get into science if you want to make money unless you have an invention. The money earned is not put back into the company to pay workers higher wages. The money is reinvested into newer and better technology. Science is a very expensive hobby.

Making money is in real estate. Anyone up for a partnership? A consortium of 4-5 people (larger if the group permits), pooling in about $20k each (more preferably) to buy/sell or rent.
