This is going to be the second year in a row I get my alteration scroll late (last year it was over six months late) because of Premium changes. Grr. Grrrr I SAY!

There are a few folks holding onto their scrolls, but with time running out and instantly-high demand for a request to have a premium player use any remaining ones (scrolls) that they have, I'd say that your best bet, financially, would be to develop a little bit of patience and find out how to go about getting alters in other ways. Sorry.
