I guess that I don't get angry as easily as most folks, because if he only needs a gem or 300 silver for a deed, he's really young. So I'd offer to take him hunting instead so that he could get his own gem. At that age, if it takes him 300 to get a deed, he's probably still in rats. :shrug:

I carry oblvion quartz and doomstones for just such an occasion. I wish I got to hand them out more often.

Yea, I noticed the gold thing right off. That smelled NEWB all over. I'd have just handed him 300 silver and told him that we dont get a lot of gold around here.

I'm with TRL. Take him hunting. Teach him to get deeds as well, then drop him off with the mentors. It amazes me that he even knew what a deed was actually.

Well since I am not big on PVP he just got the cold shoulder.
