Visit Askip's Attic, one block East on Tanik Road - the large brick-faced store.
A gold-chained polished silver coin has 10 rubs of the heavy quartz orb spell, but weighs less than 2lb, neckworn not crumbly, not chargable.
All runestaves and armor have 4 full enchants (+20 mage lingo).
Snap the snappers and drop them for a display like fireworks!
