I recently purchased Madden 06 and I'd have to say it's the best sports game I've ever played. Wondering if anyone else agrees or can give me a better game.

Fuck yes that game kicks ass but, I was looking for a better sports game and I'd like a copy for PS2 as well if anyone has one to sell.

Marvel vs. Capcom 2 is quite possibly the best fighting, and arcade game ever. It came out what, 5 or 6 years ago and it's still in every major arcade?

Except they pulled it from the arcade I go to. If I get a pimp palace, I'm purchasing one of the 1000 widescreen arcades made and making it the centerpiece of my gameroom.

Still looking for a PS2 version of it, though.

marvel vs capcom was fun.. but the best??

Tekken series? Among others that swallowed countless quarters. Actually I could say that those quarters were invested in Viatnemese lessons because the pwn the arcades here when I was a kid.

Tekken has NOTHING on Marvel vs. Capcom. Not even Tekken 5, though I admit the fun of Tekken Tag Tournament was pretty cool.

Screw Tekken. Soul Calibur's latest release was better than Tekken I'd have to say Tekken was one of the worst fighting game series out there. Marvel vs. Capcom 2 pwns all.

Completely off topic though. I still think Madden 06 is the best 05 was good but not as good.

Madden 06 is way better than Madden 05. Truck stick anyone? Precision passing?

I play 06 a lot and I started to like it more than 05 once i got used to precision passing. I just hope they make a lot of improvements on superstar mode to not be so lame in 07.
