Four Winds tent in RR

anyone know where the four winds tent is in Rivers Rest for a transporter?

RR has a full hall dedicated to FWI Members...not just a tent. :)

The hall is located over a pier, east twice, and ne once from the pool that's just east of the sanctuary (the pier is the path from the pool room).
