Yay! As much as I enjoyed moving out on my own...I do prefer living with friends. Especially my roomies. They rawk! Helps we're all gamers and like to watch most of the same stuff.

The solution to that is make sure everyone's name is on the lease.. that way there are direct financial penalties for defaulting the lease, instead of only bad karma for letting your roomies hold the bag.
