reactivated old rogue. need help with stats and skills

I reactivated a rogue that I started in GS3. I need some help with the stats and skills. I still have that grace period where I adjust the stats and skills. Here is how I have adjusted him so far today.

swap WIS and INT if ya can have access to TD spells.

And training is your call, what do you wanna do? Be a cookie cutter rogue?

Go TWC brawling and pick up sucker punch and twin fists(I think rogues can).

Or do something else just as crazy

I'm a dwarf. Honestly, I am not sure why i picked that race but I will go with it.

I don't want to be a cookie cutter rogue. I started out adjusting my training to include ambushing TWC OHE's but I wasn't happy with it.
