Yeah man, I think it's gonna be really sweet. I watched some low budget straight to video versions when I was a kid and even they were awesome.

It's one of my favorite books from childhood. I'm thrilled for it, and I hope it's suitable to take my 5 year old to, too.

I don't know, if they did it right some of the scenes with Aslan could be pretty scary. More so on film than in text.

Any of you kiddies want some of this Turkish Delight?

Heh, turkish delight. Makes you want to taste it just to know what the big deal was. :D

I can't WAIT for this movie to come out. My fiance and I are totally excited about it. We even bought the book to reread the whole set.

I didn't like reading much in school, but this series was one of the few that I read and enjoyed. Definately looking forward to it.

A year or two ago I was looking for audiobooks for a long car trip and found the lion the witch & the wardrobe on isohunt or one of the other torrent sites.

Have no idea where the CD's are now.

Back when I was a kid, my mom used to read these to me at night. One Christmas, she made Turkish Delights because I guess she wanted to know what the big deal was too.

They're basically jello covered in powdered sugar...they're ok, but not terrific.

I think it looks promising. However I do wish to see the Dragonlance Chronicles be made into a trilogy.

Alright, obviously I've fallen off the face of the earth for a bit, I didn't realize they were making a Narnia movie. Live action?

Is it just going to be the Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe?

The Last Battle (the final, 7th book of the Chronicles), is one of my favorite books all-time, and did more for my faith than the same author's (C.S. Lewis) On Christianity.

That looks incredible. I fondly remember the old cartoon version too. I think I need to grab the books and do some reading. This is gonna be awesome.

Yep. It looks fantastic.

The one coming up is about that book, yes. Not sure if they have intentions to do the rest of them. I sure hope so. Aslan looks amazing. The roar gives me tingles. Liam Neeson is doing his voice. w00t!

Walden has optioned the entire seven-part "Chronicles of Narnia" fantasy book series for film development.

My father read these to us when we were little kids and we used to watch the ones that I think BBC made or some British company. I can't wait to see this movie.
