Dumb question...are these shops worth this much? And why (meaning, why are they desirable)? I've been outta the Gemstone loop for about a year now...I've got a shop in the Landing last I remembered...

Well you most likely do not have a shop anymore unless you logged in and entered the shop in the past 6 months.

To keep your shop you have to:

A) keep your rent in the shop account

B) the owner has to enter it every 6 months.

The shops are limited and folks want them. The one I am keeping makes coins. It does well and keeps the stuff out of my locker.

5-8 mil is the normal gowing rate in 4 winds and Solhaven. I have seen Landing go from 13-20 mil.

I just do not use this one so I figured someone else might as well and I can finish outfitting my main in decent gear.

Thanks for the clarification. I'll have to check if I still have mine...I probably stopped in over the past 6 months to check out the cobwebs.

Shops are great if ya have items ya wanna move fast that you know can move fast if ya had the time to sell all day.

Basically it can be a down deposit on something you need to sell, because you can turn around sell it again, or keep it.
