Capitalism is awesome and no explanation is needed.

None of the alternates apart from socialism work very well and socialism would never happen here. It's got some problems, but it's also one of the reasons our country is great.

It's the best system we have now, and frankly, with the way human nature works, the best system that we'll see for a while.

It's really unfortunate considering that Capitalism is nothing but a parasitic organism with very little upward mobility as far as wealth.

Capitalism allows people to make decisions that maximize their utility.

It endourses personal responsibility.

The Negative, it is not forgiving of those born into low income families, BUT it does allow for people to have upward mobility. Other forms of government do not allow people upward mobility because they seek to eliminate any economic class structure by redistributing (read: take money and give it to people who did not earn it) wealth, some more than others obviously. This is masked in the form of "rights", like the right to healthcare, right to housing, right to food, etc.
