racing in river rest

Anyone know if you can, or how you get into the races in river rest? I tried for a few days to figure it out, I know the girl skips in and mutters about it occasionally, but the door is boarded up, but you do hear the splashing and all the secret squirrel stuff going on when you visit that ladies shop....anyone figure this one out?

You have to bribe Bertha for the password, 500 silver for non-citizens, free for citizens. Just say the password she gives you in front of the door and you're in. There are times that the Captain shows up just that fast that the races are cancelled right off the bat. The building from the commons, is down the path, s, e, se.

Damn that's easy enough, I kept tryin the word the girl would say, and bertha never knew anything about the password..i guess money talks.
