Archer Cleric

Well Im train ten.. I use smite on undead mostly thats all I really fight so I figured sence I am a forest gnome it would be nice to do archery. 1 I love it and 2 it would go good with my race. I would also have decent def and my right hand free.
So Im doing ranged and persep.
Now am I going to be able to aim good with the bow later on?
