Skinning, Skins, and coins

i was wondering if someone could point me towards a good place to find out what skins are worth more. I also would like a list of the things I can and can't skin... Can anyone out there point me towards a page or something containing this info please? :cool:

Antler horns in illi were great, Enough points on one and they get up over 2k I think
pain to find enough to be worth it though :(

hmmm.. anyone know something that swarms ok and is easy to hunt.. something in the 25-27 train of things maybe? I been hunting cyclops but their eyes get 350 about on average.. anyone got something better....

Roat'r eyes sell for 5k average a piece and are around 22 trains I think.

The market for skins fluctuates according to how many are sold. Try to find something that no one hunts, and the skins will be worth more.

On the subject of skinning....
Greater Vruul I had like 6 of em.. could not skin a single one. do they require a special kinfe? drake? or is 52 survival and 79 first aid just not enough?

HA! Nevermind... but at least now I know.

Courgars, centaurs, fenghai in Solhaven at lower levels.

Raptors and leopards in Illistim towards your 40's.

Myklians are also good, but it helps to have an empath.

That's my advice. Easy, very easy 100k a day with raptors and leopards. I'm just more concerned with leveling right now.

I'm not telling. As FS said the market value is based on the number of skins turned in so the more something is skinned and sold the cheaper each skin becomes. That being said there are always the standard creatures that everyone says are good to skin. I've got my favorite and it's good to go but not in the 20-27lvl range.

its been a long time since I hunted there, but Vor'taz horns were very profitable for me. I gathered about 1000 coins per horn I collected. the shiny horns were worthless except to imbed spells into.

Seeker Eyes.....and Storm Griffin feathers been the best for me. Plus seekers carry a lot of boxes But a lot older then 25.

My rogue finally has close to 1x skinning and 1x trading, but at my level, I have yet to find something really worth it...

So far, the best skin was a centaur hide at 1,200 silvers...

I have no problem with 1.2k a hide, was just saying that has been the best one I have ever gotten thus far. I have yet to find anything that gives me more than 300 at superb quality...

Burgee shells in Ta'Illistim are worth a good amount as well. They're around level 30.

A good seeker eye will pull you 1400 tops. If that. The area is overhunted these days, most of the ones you pull are under 1000. Combine that with the spawn rate and they aren't great money creatures anymore.

Thats too bad...man Seekers made me a lot of coin for my equipment. And they used to spawn a lot....but when I was there there were only 3 or 4 hunting the area...least it seemed. Very high on the spike-o-meter!
