Fletching, cobbling, and forging are the only ones currently available.

Probably the only ones we'll ever see as well. Shame, as its a great system.

alright...umm..cobbling and forging...what exactly are they? I assume forging is the making of weapons and armor?

Cobbling is the making of shoes. Forging is the making of weapons.

Player owned shops might use artisan's skills too, I don't really know.

Not really artisan's skills. There may be a tie in with the Merchant Guild, but skill will play no part in it. Just money.

You also can't do forging in Mule (there's no smithy there). That means you'll have to move.

Nice subtle hint there Artha.

Are you kidding? You can make millions with forging. Really. When you master, you can do +21 blessables.

Player owned shops will be able to sell their wares that they created through the artisan skills, in addition to other stock items.

You can make millions with forging, with +21 to +23 weapons, yeah

But now a lot of people are trying to forge, and more means less profit

Invar is still not available for sale. It was pulled because of bugs.

P.S.
Mastering in forging takes great patience and commitment, it's not for the weak willed or easily distracted.
