Gotta love this warmongering idiots and their supporters. Though, to get Saddam out was good, I knew they'd fuck up killing him. But they are still there, still got their oil foothold, greedy shits. The best part so far was seeing Blair admit it was a lie when he said they had PROOF that there was WOMD there.
I take solace in that I am not alone in this anti-war, Pro-Human-Race-evolving-to-something-better, please go download SOAD's Boom video.

We can't find missiles, how are we supposed to find 1 guy, who looks just like everyone else?
PS: We could've got him, if we hadn't spent a year arguing over whether we were actually going to try or not.

How about...you ask the guys who've watched him now for nearly a decade?
Artha

Most Iraqis, from what I've heard, are still afraid that he'll manage to take power again, or that the fedayeen will retaliate against them.
We did knock off his two sons though, so thumbs up for america.

Wait a minute, you are saying that an $400 billion army, spy-satellites that can read new-print on any point in the world, as well as "the greatest military might ever" can't get one man?
StrayRogue

Two thumbs up? What is this sick bullshit? Yeah they were evil murdering scum yes. It is probably a good thing they are dead etc, but actually being happy about it...how fucking degenerate and backwards ass are you? Ever heard of the term Enlightenment?
StrayRogue
10-05-2003, 01:20 PM
Yes, I am sure the Iraqi's are well happy you are there. I mean all you are doing is gunning them down in the street and shit. I bet they are "stoked".

That's pretty easy to beat...wear a wide brimmed hat. Or have body doubles.
Two thumbs up? What is this sick bullshit?
Why I am happy they are dead (http://www.guardian.co.uk/Iraq/Story/0,2763,1004174,00.html)

As I said, the SAS had, and I stress had (before self-appointed judge, jury and executioner America stepped in) Saddam under close watch for nearly a decade now. You are totally ignorant if you think we have "never had a shot" before.
If you are glad two people are dead, good for you, you caveman.

Ha. You say that like it's nothing terrible.
His whole family line should be wiped off the face of the Earth. Iraq and the world would be better off for it.
I agree with you, Artha.
You do understand, Stay, that we Americans live under the constant threat of some horrible terrorist attack. It's posted on the news every night. What level of threat is expected currently.
Don't expect sympathy from me, anyways.

Erm, dipshit, I live in a place that was bombed a few years back, and I am not talking some shitty car bomb, I am talking a bomb big enough to destroy a shopping complex (a mall) where I shop weekly. What about the bomb outside the BBC two years ago?
If you want to live in the barbaric circle of I am happy some guy is dead, do so. To me, you are as bad as each other.

Ok, you're right. I should wish they were alive, killing and raping and torturing.
Thank you for showing me the light, stray.
Now I am going to paint my face and sing bad songs, and learn to play the acoustic guitar.

Not only do we live under that constant orange terrorist threat....We've already been attacked.
The WTC was bombed once in the 90's and then was destroyed in 2001.
Over 3000 people died.
Numerous terrorist attacks have been executed on American troops all over the World.
The fuckers totally deserve what they get and more.
Like I said. No sympathy here. And I'm sure many Americans would agree with me.

You do understand that the rest of the world has lived under the same threat for a lot longer than 2 years?
There's no argument Saddam was a brutal killer. There are worse ones still alive and in power.
There's no argument that he funded terrorist groups. There are many countries out there that do the same. Including our 'ally' Saudi Arabia.
The fact is though that what the war on Iraq was 'sold on' was nothing more than smoke and mirrors. Lies and misleading innuendo. Accusations without any concrete evidence.
The 'war on terror' was never finished in Afghanistan and yet we all but ignore it. Their country is in ruins. The new democratic government is in danger of failing and being replaced by the warlords (who are for all intents and purposes the government) or worse, the Taliban moving back in.
But we're supposed to believe now that we invaded Iraq to 'free the people'. See the other thread.

So, Stay...you would prefer that the US sit tight and take these horrible attacks and constant threats up the ass?
I don't think so, and it's not being barbaric to think otherwise. We've exhausted diplomatic solutions.
edited to add: If you read Artha's posted articles, there most certainly IS reason to believe that Iraq had every intention to engage in terrorism.

I'm sure they would as well Gray. I'm sure they would.
Now can we examine all the shit America does to invite these attacks?
How about all the terrorist shit you do disguised as "peacekeeping"?
3000 yeah? How many iraqi's, afghans did you butcher in the last two wars? Innocents I am talking here.
As for the "fuckers", I really, really hope each and everyone of you experiences what its like to be a "fucker" some day. I really do. You'll be one less ignorant, peonic waster who drains Earth's dwindling resources.

Nope, but you are an idiot to think you went to war in Iraq if you think it was to stop mass-murdering and terrorism. HE HAS BEING DOING THAT FOR A DECADE. You moron, you went there for MONEY. OIL. BLACK GOLD.

Yeah, what is with the name-calling anyways?
It really takes the whole discussion downhill.
That's why any sort of meaningful political debate cannot take place on these forums. Strayrogue begins fuming, and insulting everyone who fails to agree with him. Rather than support his position with some sort of facts, or contribute something meaningful to the conversation, he resorts to name calling.

I wouldn't say that they can't. Honestly I've read and even been part of some great political debates on these forums.
I'm sure we can get back to them. I think if anything, it's essential that we do.

Stray, don't let your emotions get the best of you so often.
You know darned well there are good debates to be had here, but who wants to get involved in the mudslinging that this thread was?
Not I.
