Only spear I have is weighted and I can't remember the enchant and I know I don't have any 7x plate so I'm no help here bro but I'll keep my eye out for you.

It's a glaes-spiked imflass-hafted spear and I don't remember what kind of weighting is on it I'd have to get it checked out.
