Dilemma


Recently I met this girl who is really hot and intrigues me. Here is the rub, she is super religious, very the Bible is perfect, pro-Bush and the current Repub party, very pro - prayer in schools etc. Anyone who knows me knows I am not the above. The problem is she is hot and I want to get in her pants. She doesn’t dress like Miss Little Christian Conservative and my bet is the real her is a sexual animal. What should I do?

I say don't. But I don't go after anything based on "She's hot" if nothing else clicks then it's not going anywhere. Maybe you don't care about that, and for that I'm sorry, but well to each their own. Now if it's just casual sex you're after and she's down for just some casual sex (douptful given the other traits listed) as long as this is established at the beginning good for both of you. But if you're putting up some sort of front and feeding this girl lies so you can meet your secret sex agenda I hope her dad buries you up to your neck in the back yard and then works you over with a weedwacker.

I haven't lied to this girl. I haven't pretended to be a evangelical southern Baptist nor a speech writer for Bush. She knows I don't believe in the excusivity of Christianity nor do I believe Christ meant it to be exclusive despite the Gospel of John. She knows I don't believe that Moses wrote the Pentateuch.

Have I come out and said I want to get jiggy with it? (sorry for the outdated reference) No. I do get along with this girl and I do find her intriguing despite some of her beliefs. I doubt anything long term however because of the differences.

I have been up front about not wanting a serious relationship. Also I am in my 30's now so most fathers don't come attached to the girls I meet.

Listen here's what you do. Show her you can be witty and charming but don't BS her. Don't act like you agree with her just be clever. Than once you've built yourself up a bit. I am posting on a board numerated with people younger than me on average. I try to add an entertainment component to how I post at times.

I don't talk this way to the women I meet. Most of them are professionals in their 30's, some have moved from other parts of North America or the world. Many have parents who live in other cities. At a minimum they reside at another location and they have cut the umbilical cord so they don't discuss every little nuance with their parents.

The girl in question is an Investment Analyst with a major brokerage house. I would say she is very much a women.

I am guessing you find my post chauvinistic. To which I would reply, have a sense of humour.
