AS formula?

Ok, so I know I had it at some point, but now I can't find it anywhere. What's the formula for AS for an OHE user??

You have to add up all these numbers for the total AS:

[Weapon Skill Bonus]
[CM Training AS boost 1AS per 2 Ranks]
[Strength Stat Bonus]
[Society Boost COL/Voln]
[Spell Boost - Strength, Pheons, Bravery, Heroism, etc]
[CMAN Bonus - Surge of Strength]
[Cman Bonus from Weapon Specialization]
[Weapon enchant bonus]

I *think* that is everything.

If you're a Paladin don't forget the Strength boost from Sanctify.

While we're on the subject of AS formula's, anyone have the formula for ranged AS? Tsoran's spreadsheet comes up wrong when I try to figure mine out.
