The painting is real small, like 5x7 or something.. They have it behind a glass thing and people DO use a flash.. They just hate it if you touch things. You’d think they wouldn't want to damage it, right?

thanks artha, I'll start doin that. It always takes me a minute to get the pic post to work right because I have to use the IMG tags, like : "file:///drive:/filename" Kinda hard to remember the exact format.

If you do it like that, you'll be the only one who can see it.

Once you have the picture uploaded, right click and go to properties. Put the picture location (should be labeled address or URL) inside the img tags and it'll work.

Since I had to get a new camera I took it with me to NYC last night to test it out. Heres a random picture of the new WTC path train entrance. Its a really cool experience for those of you who havn't had a chance to ride it. It cuts through the footprint/construction site. I find it fairly awe inspiring. But I was too lazy to photograph it, that and I don't think it would do it much justice.

I really like the s5000 but the problem with it, besides the fact that it randomly died, is that its like a more professional base camera so its not slim or pocket sized. The a330 fits really nicely in my pocket and so far has taken good photos and the cost was 1/2 the price of the s5000.

So I have a question.

I'm in Kauai right now. I've been swimming in the ocean for two weeks...every bit of blondish-brown hair is now a nice cast of green. This is the OCEAN not the swimming pool, why the FUCK is my hair a fine shade of algae? I mean its not severe but when its dry it is a nice highlight of green. I know that you can mix crushed up asprin and vinegar and it will take the pool-green out of the hair...think that will work?
