So I just got a 19" flat panel to sit next to my work laptop. It's connected, dual support, everything's working fine.
So I search around for some kind of tool program that'll let me customize it a bit more.
I find Ultramon (http://www.realtimesoft.com/ultramon/) and it's sweet! I'm able to put an icon on the top of every window to one-click that window to the other monitor. Also I'm able to have a taskbar on the bottom of my second monitor that displays only the programs running on that monitor. I set up a hotkey so all I need to press is CTRL + ` to throw the top window to the other monitor. It has lots of other features including two different desktop wallpaper images, etc.
Problem is, the program is $$ and using a hacked reg code isn't an option (work PC). And I doubt the company's going to throw money at a program they haven't totally tested and are willing to get for everyone with dual monitors.
Anyone know of another program similar to this one? Clarification, a free (or very cheap) one.
I need an answer in 29.5 days, thanks.
