The first email I got, was this. (And you gotta admit, its pretty funny). The title was this:

gO Fsat tacrk your cerear bewji. Then it said:

Dlpioma Porgarm

Crtaee a mroe proopesrus ftruue for ylusreof

Revciee a flul diploma form non aecrtdiced
unirevsiites based upon your rael life eerxpience

You wlil not be tetsed, or ietnrveewid
Receive a Matser's, Baehcolr's or Dcotorate

Call 24 horus a day 7 days a week

1 - 2 7 0 - 8 1 7 - 8 2 4 7

Now, I took this as a joke. But recently, I got another email, which said the same exact thing, but a different title.

The title is:

kd make more c/|sh fwr.

At first I thought it was a harmless joke, I know it doesn't have a virus in it. Another thing I noticed is that it was forwarded to many people.

Your thoughts?

If you don't know who it's from, don't open it.

you dont have to open the actual mail itself. Just opening whatever you use for mail will do the trick with most of today's malicious code

Actually, as long as you don't open it...it should be safe.

If you're using some form of MS Outlook...disable the preview pane.

Virii are loaded that way, as well.

Anyone that opens junk email and then wonders about it is too stupid to have an email account.

I think its under VIEW, and then under LAYOUT. Just unclick the show preview box.

Course yours may be different, I have an old 'puter. :(

That worked fine. Thanks. All my email gets checked for viruses but I've wanted to disable that thing since day one.
