I thought broken vaalin lockpicks worked as deeds in landing? Maybe i did something wrong, you ring chime with mallet twice, then kneel and drop the lockpick and ring chime a third time right? I did that and the broken vaalin lockpicks didn't give me any deeds

Hearthstone, shove it in the drawer and you'll get your deed for vaalin picks... perhaps alum too depending on your age or amount of deeds you currently have.

to get to HS deed shack from inside the foyer, go purple banner, go door, go walk, search vine, open door, close door, pull rope, open drawer, put lock in drawer, close drawer and listen for the result.
