Does anyone know how to turn a Labtop touchpad OFF?
I have tried checking every option in control panel I can think of. I'm open to new ideas.

Go into the startup BIOS. I turned mine off too cuz I always hit that shit while I'm typing. Apparently I'm retarded.
But yea, hit F10 or whatever takes you into your system's opening start-up screen. There should be a way to enable\disable it and the little thumbstick in the keyboard.

Should be under mouse properties in the control panel, though rumor has it some models need to go into the system properties and actually disable the touchpad hardware.

Stab it with a fork.

BIOS options should have it.

It's F2. But it worked.
Thanks a lot, Makkah.

It was quite annoying. Something was obviously wrong with my touchpad and it would take control of my mouse and scroll it to a corner... and keep it there.
I've learned how to control a computer very well recently without a mouse: frustrating.
