Not even using a nicotine replacement.

Backlash takes a nice long drag, lets it hover a half second before inhaling then exhales letting the smoke curl slowly out of his mouth and nostrils.. mmmm.

You'll fail in the end.
The moment you get drunk or some other obscure time when you're weaker than you thought.
OR
You'll easily do it man.
Anyone can quit. It's the human spirit that cannot be broken ect ect.

It's easy in the end.
Either smoke. Or don't smoke.
Or smoke occasionally.

Hey, I went four days cold turkey this week. The first day was manic. I had so much oxygen in my lungs I could barely breath. Now its the weekend.

I’m looking to go part-time smoker.

What did you notice about yourself after having quit? I had ten tons of energy, could barely sleep a wink, and I said anything that came into my head to anyone.

Nicotine is such a numberizer.

In Boston you smoked cigs like a little kid finding a stash of candy.

I am happy that you're going to try to be a part-time smoker. I would like you to quit all together, but baby steps are fine. I'm sure once you get used to the feeling of not killing yourself, you will be well on you way. Well done. :)

Yeesh, and I was holding back! Nervous habit sometimes. Get me and my circle together in a bar and forget it. You’d think the place was burning down.

Awesome, good job! Try cussing yourself out in a mirror and/or slapping yourself in the fucking face when you get a relatively more substantial than usual fiending.

Yeah, ignore Backlash. That's fucking stupid to do.

I quit cold turkey. The first three days are the toughest and after that it's just breaking the habit. I found that being in a situation I would normally smoke often and not smoking helped. Sort of "divide and conquer".

Smoke the second you get in your car? Go for frequent drives and don't light up. Same goes with meals or right before bed. It's how I did it and havn't smoked a cigarette in December.

Good luck man. Smoking is so disgusting. Really is, I can't ever imagine myself smoking. The smell, how it fucks with your breathing.. Everything is just gross.

Just don't become a Nazi and be like "U KANT SMOKE NEER ME ROFL LOLOL"

Haha @ Arkans

I quit pretty much the same way... cold turkey.

After meals instead of sitting down for a smoke I'd sit down and play PS2 or something.

Haven't had one since, that was like 3 years ago.

yes, robeeeeen has agreed that my smoking would be bad for our children, so I've made the step to quit.
