PsiNet should be working now. If you're having troule connecting, it's no longer my fault.

The lines in the office where the server is hosted went down. Then the lines were up, but someone unplugged the machine while they were 'fixing' it, and forgot to plug it back in, then left for the weekend.

Then my DNS entries spontaneously combusted, without explanation-- I fixed that this morning as well. All should be well.

The newest version is at http://psinet.dynalias.net. If you cannot connect, make sure to restart psinet to get the dns refresh.

I will also probably be updating PsiNet in the nearish future (though I've said that before..).

Hmm, anyone getting this "Debug Mode" window when entering the game through SGE?

It reads: Saved the file. Changed debug mode to 5

Any idea how to fix that? Because after I click "Okay" it never logs me on, so I have to actually log into SGE a second time every time I enter the game.

I've been getting that for a while now. Sent Jamus a mail through Psinet, no response from him yet. It's quite annoying.

Go into the PSInet folder, wherever you have that. In that folder will be a text document called Mode, and go into that. It'll have a number in that text document... most likely a 5. Change that to only read "0". Then it should work.

I had this problem as well, although in my mode text file it had a 1, not a 5. I was still getting the "Changed debug mode to 5". I set it to 0 anyways and it seems to be working fine!
