Old system says,"Only train to a 120 Bonus (30 ranks)" this gives maximum share.

New System....is training above 30 ranks (120 bonus) nessicary or is it a waste of training points? Does train over 30 ranks do anything to benifet my character on the new system?

Yes, having more elemental mana share increases the amount of mana you receive each pulse. It also is a factor in wizard enchanting.

Training more than 30 ranks will help your manaleech ;)

It's cheap enough for you to 1x in it and still be able to cover anything else you'll need. Plus it's also a factor in your runestaff DS, if you go that route.
