But this right here (http://www.fazed.org/video/view/?id=64)'s one of the funniest videos I've seen recently.

:lol2:
Looked like he sprayed pesticide around it?
Duh! They're not going to like it, and crawl away from it.
It just so happened they crawled up and out!
My dad had a similar experience about a month ago when he was replacing the toilet in our condo in Florida... all the roaches came boiling out of the pipe when he removed the toilet and were all over the floor, walls, ceiling, getting in the shower, etc.
I'm glad I had to stay home and work. Bleccch.

Gah! Some of those roaches looked big enough to carry off some of those people! Blech!

Thats why the Japanese made DDR. It is true practice for roach stomping. Blech!

That looks like something I'd have a nightmare about. :barf:

Just remember tonight, they're living in that vent/crawl space/wall right beside your bed .

Yeesh, now I have a ton of questions! Good thing I have my handy-dandy look-up-anything-machine to sate my intellectual thirst.
Do roaches thrive like that in the wild? If they do, where? If not, why major metropolitan areas, and why where ever the humans are?

I'm sure they thrive in the wild, because they were probably around before the dinosaurs...not really sure where though. I think they do best around cities and humans because we make them lots of trash (food) and dark places (shelter).

Not to mention humans probably do a pretty good job of cleaning out any natural threats to roaches. Sewer areas and indoors are good hiding spots against birds.
And Artha's right, besides certain lizards and turtles, roaches are some of the only species to survive from the dinosaur age.

He'll only kill the weak roaches. The rest will be out for revenge!

Shit! Now you guys are freaking me out.
I've had a slug problem lately with slugs getting into my apartment. Well, I just checked one of their spots and saw something I thought was a huge ass spider. It's one of my cat's toys.
I'm gonna go hide under my covers before I start "seeing" other things.
Oh yeah, and I thought cockroaches lived around sewers? Dark areas for sure. That manhole definitely was covering a deep dark space... ugh!

He'd best get 'em all, or give them invisibility cloaks; because, if I see one in this house, I'll have HIS hide!:flamed:

I would hope if your exterminator had miniature invisibility cloaks for the roaches he would have one for himself for doing a crappy job.
Its sound like she wants her exterminator to put on his robe and wizard hat...

I have heard that you breath in approximately twelve-hundred pounds of disintegrated cockroach daily.

Uh, that statistic only applies to chronic stoners. I mean, after a week of that you’d be eighty-four hundred pounds heavier. Right?

I told you I'd need two! I'm sure, once we combine their ages, we'll have enough to make the idea feasible....
