I don't think Keraa ever hunts, so it's probably not a DS item. My bet is it's fluff messaging.

I doubt it's fluff messaging due to the proximity of her rubs.

Would you really need to spam the screen that many times if it was just fluff? I know I wouldn't, but that's me. I remember people with lockers of alterations who used to open and close each of them in TSSW during spell up times (that was annoying in the same vein).
