I can see how this was supposed to "assist" a "courteous" raid. But how many officers are going to either laugh or dismiss this?

I think those would be great guidelines to apply to all. Should you really need to tell officers not to take photographs of naked women, same as oogling them? Should you need to tell them that rapid forced entry should be a last resort?

Common sense says no.
