Can anyone recommend a good spyware free program that I can resize animated gifs with?

Adobe Image Ready. The Photoshop installer is 161 MB if you want to leech it from me at a whopping 13kbps.

Bob, I have photoshop already, is that something that comes in the package? My version isn't exactly... kosher so I may not have it.
