When I got on the computer this morning, the first page I visited was the PC. I noticed something strange. The column with "last post" was showing a much larger font than normal. Thinking this was a forum bug, I was just about to report it in the forum concerns when I checked google for something else.

Lo and behold, google's page has huge fonts. All the results are also in large font.

I've no idea what happened. The computer was turned on all night so I thought ok maybe I'll reboot see what happens. Still there. My desktop res is still as it was with it's small font. It's only on the browser but it's damn annoying. Anyone have any clue what it could be?

Most browsers have an option to manually enlarge or decrease the size of HTML formatted text. You may have hit a key that did it. IE has it in the View menu.

Hey that did it! Thanks guys. I had looked for something like that under internet options but all I could find was what font it used not the size of it.

I wonder how that happened? Must have been a hot key or something. Maybe the cat stepped on the keyboard during the night.

Bah now I wish we could delete the first post of a thread!

If you hold down Ctrl and rotate the scroll wheel on the mouse, it will change the font size in real time.

At least for us lame ME users.
