Reliable singing

I'm looking to get a bard to sing to items I put in my player shop, what age can a bard be expected to reliably sing the abilities out of items? I'm not to keen on buying a character, but I don't really want to work one up past level 15.

at 15, with 15 spellsongs, you could get info out of most everything. the one thing you will have trouble with is magic items, you will be able to pull 400/1000 circle no problem, but other circles will give you some troubles

also, you could find bards to do it for you. someone like oh, myself for example. let me know if you need help

Or I'll do it when I get home at 1 am or so from work. Either or.

Stormyrain is trustworthy and is usually around the Landing. That's who I bother for loresinging.
