Filefarmer.com is offering 3gb for a year to the first 199 signups per day.
I just signed up. 3gb of webspace, 100gb/mo transfer. I used crap contact info except for E-mail address (they needed to confirm)

Looks like individual file size limit is 35mb (boo) but larger files you could always RAR and plit them.

The file size limit is when you use the webform to upload. They're still working on getting private FTP access for all users. For now - individual users can upload to ftp://filefarmer.com/incoming/ and then "import" over to your individual webspace. I hear when you use this import the file in the general FTP is removed.
Keep the file names under 24 characters, doesn't seem to like more then that.

To the first 199 people who sign up each day. Until they can get private FTP access for all users - larger files can now be uploaded to a general area ftp://filefarmer.com/incoming/ and then hit the "import file" option to move it from the main folder to your individual folder http://filefarmer.com/legendwezas.
Or, if your files are smaller (10mbish) you can just use their web form to upload them.
What does your url look like?
Oh, and do they support FTP clients like Interarchy, Fetch, Dreamweaver.. etc?

Even their pay plans aren't bad.
10gb storage & 500gb transfers for $19.95/mo
5gb storage & 1000gb transfers for $19.95/mo

Haven't updated it yet, though.
They support ftp clients - for now you would set your client to connect to ftp.filefarmer.com/incoming (login is anonymous, no pw). Then, while you're logged in to the website, go to http://www.filefarmer.com/cgi-bin/farms.cgi?action=ftpimportupload and choose which files you want to move to your personal space.

Rock Lobster was my second choice :)
The URLs are case sensitive, btw, so for Wezas you have to use http://www.filefarmer.com/LegendWezas
