Instead of washing the bowl and spoon, I was contemplating throwing them away.

Only when the dishes are extraordinarily funky (such as that dish of I-don't-know-what that has been in my fridge for 3 weeks).

Overnight cornflakes.
I'm OCD so I sometimes DO throw them away.

i've accidentally emptied a plate into the sink and then thrown it in the garbage can in one sweeping motion , but i was all tired

Depends on the funk factor. I'll bring back an empty tupperware container from work sometimes, and forget it about it for days. Instead of opening, I'll throw away.
But being lazy and just throwing away, not as a rule.

Never.
We have a dishwasher. How lazy would you have to be?

Haha, I have a dishwasher and Ive still thrown stuff in the bin rather than walk to the kitchen, like once or twice.

I'm so lazy I'll eat canned goods out of the can so the only dirty dish is the spoon. Sometimes I heat them up sometimes I don't

My roommate and I made a mutual decision that it was far easier to buy cheap plastic dishes than to bother with dishwashing(even with a dishwasher). Not to mention we were already buying solo cups by the 100's.

Metal utensils and you eat out of the pans you cook out of!
The only time i eat with anything you have to wash is at a restaurant or the defact.

Well, after reading many of these posts, I don't feel so much like our family is really all that lazy in comparison to other families. The world is simply a busy place.

Hrm, Anticor sounds a lot like the guy from this (http://www.roanoke.com/printer/printpage.aspx?arcID=27069) story in this (http://forum.gsplayers.com/viewthread.php?tid=16116) thread.
Then Bard looked to his left and saw Crigger's 37-year-old son, Anticor, standing at the stove about 10 feet from his mother. He was eating eggs from a pan.
Yup yup.

When I worked at a retirement home serving old people I would throw away like 15 pounds of silverware at a time rather than sort it out.
The management would get so fucking mad and never knew who it was.
That job sucked.

Heh, no never.
I'm pretty anal about washing dishes, and I don't like to use plastics because heated plastics have been linked to increased cancer rates. I use stoneware a lot, grill, or just plain don't subject my food to high temperatures (I eat a lot of things raw).

I will grill anything and everything. As long as its a charcoal grill. Don't bother me with gas/electric, both are worthless.
