Just finished watching this great movie. I'm still undecided if it's better than Mononoke. If I had kids I'd be sitting and watching this film with them ^^

I kind of liked Mononoke, but in the end...it was just too trippy for my wife and I...but it wasn't bad
Never saw Nausicca, Spirited Away or Howl's Castle. Do you think SA is the best of those three newish ones?
I still say they need Outlaw Star, Chrno Crusade, Witch Hunter Robin, and Wolf's Rain movies. Cowboy Bebop the movie is my quintescential anime favorite as of late.
Spirited Away is one of my favorite movies. I really enjoy all of Studio Gibli/Miyazaki’s movies. The Cat Returns is probably my second fav of their work.
Howl’s Moving Castle (http://www.apple.com/trailers/disney/howls_moving_castle/) was released just recently. Haven’t had the time to see it yet.
I think Spirited Away is better than Princess Mononoke... unfortunately I lost my DVD of it. :(
Spirited Away rules so hard.
I would've loved to seen it on a big screen...
... on drugs.

I enjoyed this movie. But all of the Director's movies for my half-sister.
I own Spirited Away and Monoke, good stuff. Howl's Moving Castle was in theater's here for a week and I missed it.

Spirited Away, the Cat Returns, and Porco Rosso, for me.
I cried.
Becouse I'm a pushover.
Apart from the Animatrix, this is the best animated movie I've ever seen.

The Animatrix depressed me. I know humanity sucks most of the time, I just don't like to be pointedly reminded of that fact.

They're Japanese anime Anticor. I have no idea if you'd like them, but I've got em on DivX if you want them.

I've liked the few that I've watched. I might take you up on that offer if I ever have enough time to actually watch a movie.
They should all be available at Best Buy. Disney has been re-releasing them here in the states.

I keep forgetting to rent this - someone highly recommended it to me.
I'll go put it at the top of my Blockbuster Online list right now.

Are they better than Howard the Duck? Careful with your answer.

"Are they better than Howard the Duck? Careful with your answer. "
Very different... though Porco Rosso has some subtly slipped in adult humour.

Witch Hunter Robin got so goofy towards the end. They should make a movie of it just to redeem the series.
I'd be nervous about them making a Wolf's Rain movie, only because the series was so awesome I wouldn't want them to disgrace its legacy.
I never saw any of the SA/PM movies. I reckon I should one of these days.

Spirited away was awesome.. made me feel better about anime
Does it really fall under the classification of anime? These movies, to me anyway, are more like standard Disney movies. Atlantis, Lion King, Sinbad (not Disney I know). Epic fantasy tales.
