I currently swing my sonic lance in six seconds. Could I swing two short swords in the same six seconds? What would be the point difference, 2xing edged and TWC as opposed to 2xing poles. How about the damage difference. Just want to vary it up a little, you know...

provided all your stats are right, two short swords = 5 seconds


sonic lances are the way to go

or you could be a real hardass and sing up a sonic dagger, go 1x shield/ohe
