netflix has always offered a free trial. only i think theirs is only 2 or 3 weeks, but they do have a better selection

I have always used Netflix and think they are alot better then Blockbusters.

I got burned pretty badly with Netflix.

After two months I cancelled my account. I then received notification that one of the DVDs I returned was considered 'lost' and got charged for it. Couldn't access my account online to see which freaking one was 'lost.' They also charged my credit card for an additional month, and their customer service may quite possibly be worse than Simutronics'.

I had the Blockbuster online and never had problems with it.
I think they took away the option though of adding not-yet released movies to your queue.

I got rid of it only because I wasn't taking the time to watch movies.
