Anyway, it should be obvious that if the only way to become a mod is by being voted on by the other mods means this will be a clique board (Only a few rare individuals can remove themselves from personal feelings and make themselves totallly impartial and make a descision from there).
But on the other hand, if you accept that at least one mod was originally choose based on merit then they all must have some semblance of merit, so if you don't break the rules you will have no problem. I think a moderator should, as a base idea, understand that discussion comes from opposing views of a topic, it would become boring very fast if every post was "I agree!". So, banishing everyone who doesn't agree is silly and stupid, however, bitches that don't meaningfully contribute, break the rules and are a general nuisance aren't valuable.

Umm, as Tijay said, that post was removed, just as it would have been had someone not a mod posted it. The moderators cannot be expected to immediately make everything disappear that TOJ wishes to disappear. However, Tijay did remove the post as quickly as he could.

Once Toj left our guild on the Dunemaul server.. I was mad. Very mad. I couldn't contain my anger.. so I hatched a plan.

From there, I instructed all Mods to harass Toj into leaving this message board. THAT would teach him to leave my guild god dammit!
