evil eye question

so with eye spy, evil eye can be casted on a target in the room with the eye, so i read. how do i do that? whats the verbage?

Prep the spell and just cast. Fair warning, it's not target specific. It will hit everybody in the room. Fun way to get a lot of people pissed quick.

The further you are from your target, the less your CS will be when the spell is cast remotely.

Also, everyone knows who cast at them through their eye, so you cannot kill anonymously with the spell.
