Rheisia's outburst stems from the growing frustration of characters stunning snerts in town, only to be turned around and accused of "Assault with a Deadly Weapon".

Her actions were questionable, but I have no doubt you were acting like an ass.

Does that warrant her behavior? No. You just were able to anger her to the point of breaking character.
