Okay, I've reached the point where I can no longer bust it out while working out to the same music. Feel free to post your workout mixes here.
This is what I've got so far:
DMX -- Get It On the Floor
DMX -- Ruff Ryders Anthem
Jay-Z -- Encore
Kanye West -- Last Call
Kanye West -- Never Let You Down ft. Jay-Z
Talib Kweli -- Never Been in Love
The Game -- Hate It or Love It ft. 50 Cent
Wayne Wonder -- No Letting Go Remix ft. LL
Songs that don't work for me anymore:
Any other Black Album song
Any other College Dropout song

The Rocky soundtrack can't do anything but motivate people into physical activity.

The only physical activity it would motivate me into would be the activity of buying a gun and shooting myself in the head. ;)

The exception would be women then, who wouldn't understand the emotional journey the Italian stallion has to make.
AC/DC - Thunderstruck
Pink Floyd - One of These Days
Pink Floyd - Dogs of War
Linkin Park - One Step Closer
Linkin Park - Papercut
Linkin Park - In the End
Depeche Mode - Personal Jesus
Sting - Desert Rose
Jay Z - Big Pimpin
Thats what's currently in my mp3 list for my cardio/weight workouts. But not in that order.
So I'm not the only one that blasts the Rocky soundtrack when I work out? Thank God, I thought I was a weirdo.

- Arkans I still have the cassette tape to this soundtrack. I used to rock it back in highschool while I'd work out during sports season. Heh, haven't played it in years.

I think I've found the female equivalent of me.
Ganalon knows what's up. That right there is a classic in its own right!

What ever randomly plays on my play list. But for push-ups, it's "Get right with me" -Jo Budden.
I usually just hit random, but I made a mix for when I lift with my friend. Can't remember the entire list in order, but it has this stuff on it:
Motorhead - Ace of Spades.
Strike Anywhere - Chorus of One.
The Streets - Too Much Brandy.
Tiger Army - Incorporeal.
Rancid - Maxwell Murder.
Nas - Ether.
Converge - Homewrecker.
Darkest Hour - Mark of the Judas.
Blood For Blood - Wasted Youth Crew.
Skarhead - Drinkin' On a Saturday Night.
Black Sabbath - Iron Man.
Kool Keith - Black Elvis.
Dillinger Escape Plan - 43% Burnt.
At The Drive-In - Pattern Against User.
Mos Def - Sex, Love, and Money.
Bruce Springsteen - Born In The USA.

The thrum of blood in my ears, trying to drown out the godawful dance/house bs they play.
If I had one of them there ipod or walkman things:
Bruce Springsteen - Born in the USA
Bruce Springsteen - Glory Days
Gustav Holst - Mars
Rage Against the Machine - Killing in the Name Of
The Offspring - Staring at the Sun
Trigun theme maybe

Heh, I agree.
That and Van Halen.
If I had to listen to rap while trying to work out I'd end up throwing the weights through windows.

I listen to what I usually listen to. The question is when *dont* I listen to my gym music. Mean techno puts me in my happy place.
