Firefox conflicting with PC ?

I follwed Elrodins post to help speed up Firefox and it seemed to work fine at first, but then a couple hours later when i logged in again, the screen looked all funky.

I'll show the screenshots i saved.

The first is when it was at its worst with my avatar showing beneath each and every post, and just everything else being...off.

I rebooted and it still looked weird. I started IE and it looked normal there....and edited a post and then the firefox window when refreshed seemed normal.

But in the second photo, you will see how i'm still having Dave's avatar show up as a "smiley" to choose from at the bottom of each page.

Oy..now I have Divinity's avatar in the smiley box at the page bottom.

weird, i've never accessed PC without firefox, and i've never had this issue

Just undo all the changes you made...

Reread Elrodins post and just do the opposite of everything he says.

I tried it out, and Firefox is working much faster for me now. No problems with PC as of yet.

There's a reset option when you right click.

Try just clearing your temporary internet files first

You mean go first to that settings page and then right click?

Go to that settings page (about:config) and right click on the ones that were changed, and it will give you a reset option.
