View Full Version : Haste / Air Lore Clarification Requested

Hi everyone. I recently reactivated my level 16 Dwarf Wizard. He currently swings a claidhmore at 6 seconds, and at 3 seconds while hasted.

My next training goal was 24 ranks of air lore to reduce round time by 1 second.

I've also read that 527 is a significant spell rank for haste.

Do I need 27 500s ranks as well as 24 ranks of airlore to reduce my swing by 1 second. Or, does 24 ranks of air lore reduce my swing by 1 second, and then 27 ranks in the 500s reduces my swing by an additional second.

Looking for some clarification.

with 27 ranks of MjE and 24 ranks of air lore, you will get -2 sec from haste

Thank you for the response.

Will I get -1 from 24 ranks of Airlore without the sufficient MjE ranks?

I'm trying to find out so I know if I should get the air lore ranks ASAP or wait until I'll have the MjE ranks as well.

you'll get a -1 either way, worry about the air lore after you get up your MjE, it makes more since to get the benefits of the spells afterall. :)

Agreed. Get your 27 ranks of MjE then as points present themselves go for 24 air lore ranks.
