The administrators can ban IPs. However, Stanley is using AOL proxy IPs, which change constantly. Banning one of them doesn't stop him, and it can affect other posters using the same service.

In this case, it did affect a couple of posters. Thankfully, they have been understanding. It's too bad Stanley doesn't have the decency to think of what impact his actions may have on others. He's proven that beyond any doubt, I believe.

Not sure what we missed, but I second getting Firefox. I have IE only to post pictures and for another website that isn't Mozilla compatible.
