**An ora-hilted glaes falchion**

Fashioned from pure ora, the pommel has been carved in the form of a jackal's head with two deep-set ruby eyes. The side-guards have been etched, forming streaks of flames curling inward. The long blade has been hammered from fine glaes and etched with mysterious runes. You also notice a small enchanter's glyph.

Loresong:
As you sing, a collage of images flashes through your mind. Slowly, the images seem to focus, and you can make out the details. You see a well-kept workshop where a wizened elvensmith is in conversation with a younger elf and pointing at the glaes falchion in his hands.

As you continue to sing, the images refocuses once more. You see a young elvensmith laboriously crafting the glaes falchion from the raw materials laid out before him. As he works, he is chanting some arcane verses that you can't quite make out.

As you continue to sing, the images refocuses once more. The elvensmith is inscribing runes of power upon the glaes falchion. Each rune glows brightly then fades into invisibility.

Your song continues to clarify and focus the images from the past. The ancient elvensmith raises the glaes falchion and chants an arcane phrase. A flash of light consumes the glaes falchion. An irridescent aura envelops the glaes falchion and is absorbed into it. The elvensmith seemingly looks up and gives you a wink and a smile as if he senses your presence

He hunts Ta'Faendryl solo, has a 509 CS/519 with an orb, opens his own boxes either by picking or magic... I don't see the problem. Buy the 10x db item and save some mana, if your issue is him only having 319. Like I said, if you don't like the training use the fixskills... if you want to resell wait a year for it to charge or since you're all so good at training, there wont be any need to include a fixskills to resell. now... stop bitching about how crappy their training is for a second and look at how well their stats are placed :P

He does fine with +8 armor and a +28 runestaff with the training you see. DS gets to 697 with a full spellup. 739 with 10x armor... he could lay down in the middle of ithzir and be fine even if they disarm him. if a griffin takes off his arms.. that's another story, but that happens to anyone regardless of training :D

why is it all I hear is bitching? any caster gets call-winded and they're dead. I'm assuming you have a sorcerer since you posted stats. Post your ds, how much better is it? 20-30 ds? he's nothing near a trainwreck, so what's your problem? how is any of this bullshit advertising?

edit: he's at 616 DS with WOF, which I do maintain while hunting. I keep the timer running and with 5 seconds left I break off with whatever I'm attacking and go to the portal to refresh it. I fry in 10 minutes hunting there.

OK, and we could kill eachother just as easily because the difference doesn't matter. we're both at the point where it's the character player that matters, not the character. You die just as easily when your arms are pulled off and you get call-winded as I do. I can go a week hunting in OTF 6 hours a day without dying... or my dad can play him and die 3 times an hour.

I've had them pulled off twice while living, to die soon after.

I often live through being call-winded because of my 140 dealio. I die when they call-wind just before I refresh, when they claw me just as it runs out. The constructs are what pull your arms off while living by the way.

I usually had them ripped off by griffins after I died. I remember specifically getting stunned by a construct and then he lifted me in the air by my arms and just pulled outward. I tried to grab my arms to put them in my backpack or something after the stun wore off, but then I got picked up by a griffin and dropped somewhere else... although looking back I don't know exactly how I would grab my arms... since you need arms to grab things and all.

I myself am a caster and have avoided warriors for my 10 yrs playing. Having semi-recently acquired this warrior, you could say I was stupid/lazy for not looking into it more and be perfectly right. I believe the armor ranks were for assessing, but I didn't do the training on this one. How you see him is how I got him. This would be a case where fixskills could come in handy.

The armor ranks are probably to reduce the casting hindrance of whatever armor he's in. Otherwise having 117 is pretty pointless.
